With a sense of responsibility and constant effort, a number of employees have successfully completed production work and implemented the company culture well. To recognize, praise and encourage that spirit, the Board of Directors of Viet Nhat Tan Company held an award ceremony for 3 excellent employees who achieved KPI and 3 employees who well implemented the company's 5S culture including: READY - SCREENING - ORGANIZE - CLEAN - CARE.
Recognizing Efforts and Outstanding Achievements
In March, many employees have continuously strived to achieve or exceed the set KPI to meet production progress while still ensuring product quality and limiting errors, contributing significantly to the success of the projects.
